Refund Policy
Last updated July 2026
BloxSolve is built around a simple promise: you only pay for successful solves. This policy explains how per-solve refunds and credit purchases work.
1. You only pay for successful solves
Every solve request reserves one credit from your balance. The credit is charged only when the request returns a valid verification token. If a challenge is not solved, or the request errors out or times out on our side, the reserved credit is refunded to your balance automatically. This happens in real time; there is nothing you need to do.
2. Credit purchases
Credits are prepaid and added to your account balance after payment clears. Credits do not expire. Because credits are consumed only on successful solves, the fairest outcome for typical usage is the automatic per-solve refund described above rather than a bulk refund of a completed purchase.
3. Purchase refunds
If a purchase fails to credit your account, or you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will investigate and correct it, including refunding the affected amount where appropriate. Requests for refunds of unused, correctly-applied credits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion.
We generally cannot refund credits that have already been consumed by successful solves, since the Service was delivered for those requests.
4. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without contacting us is a breach of our Terms of Service. It authorizes us to immediately suspend or terminate the associated account and to forfeit any remaining balance, in addition to our other remedies. Credits are a prepaid license to use the Service; they are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. How to request help
For any billing question or refund request, reach us through our contact page with your account email and the invoice identifier. Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method.
