Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BloxSolve website, API, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The service
BloxSolve provides a programmatic API that returns a verification token for a submitted Arkose FunCaptcha challenge, for use with Roblox login and account creation. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any specific challenge will be solved, nor any particular solve rate, latency, or uptime.
2. No affiliation and trademarks
BloxSolve is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Roblox Corporation, Arkose Labs, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply any endorsement.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase credits and use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your API key secret. Your API key authenticates every request, so treat it like a password and never expose it in client-side code. Notify us immediately if you believe your key has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use and your responsibility
The Service is sold as a general-purpose automation and testing tool. You alone decide how to use the tokens it returns, and you are solely responsible for that use, including compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platform you interact with. You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation, or any third party's rights;
- engage in fraud, credential theft, account takeover, or unauthorized access to systems;
- send data you are not lawfully entitled to process;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the Service's security or controls;
- resell or redistribute the Service in a way that conceals its origin, unless expressly authorized.
We do not monitor and are not responsible for how you use tokens returned by the Service. Any consequences of your activity are your responsibility.
5. Billing and credits
The Service is billed on a pay-per-successful-solve basis. Each API key holds a balance of solve credits. A credit is reserved when you submit a task and is charged only when the task returns a valid token. Failed attempts and errors are refunded to your balance automatically. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change on a prospective basis.
Credits are a prepaid license to use the Service. They are not money, not a deposit, and not stored value. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable. Credits that have been consumed by a successful solve are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Chargebacks
All purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. If you have a billing problem, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first contacting us is a material breach of these Terms. Doing so authorizes us to immediately suspend or terminate your account and to forfeit any remaining balance, without limiting our other remedies.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we make no guarantee as to solve rates. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may enforce reasonable rate limits or a global or per-key pause to protect the Service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use poses a security or legal risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits may be forfeited where termination results from a material breach of these Terms, including an unauthorized chargeback.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any solve rate, or that results will be accurate, reliable, or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloxSolve and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BloxSolve and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to resolve any dispute in the courts located there, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
